SwiftHand painting had me hooked from the initial phone call to set up the appointment. Ella was so friendly and positive I was very impressed. The proposal was presented so well and the price was within budget I felt really good about signing with this company without needing to check quotes from other companies. After meeting with the project manager, I positively knew I had made the correct decision. A detailed schedule was presented with what I could expect to happen and it did (not to mention my doggies loved him). I felt very comfortable with my color coordinator. She knew her stuff and helped me to pick the best color to match and I absolutely love it!!! The painters were considerate and very respectful of my home. My cupboards, drawers, island and fireplace turned out BEAUTIFULLY!!! I strongly recommend SwiftHand Painting! You will not be disappointed! They were definitely quick, but we’ve learned the hard way that isn’t something that you should look for in a painter. There was overspray and paint drops on our brand new flooring, cabinets and appliances. We had several spots of drywall repaired prior to the painters arriving and our project manager assured us that they’d be able to match the texture with primer. It seems there was no attention to detail in prepping new areas where drywall had been repaired so you can still see exactly where those repairs had been made. In the areas where they put up tape and paper, they had removed the paper too early dragging it down the wall, leaving marks behind in the wet paint. There were globs of paint that had dried and the solution was chipping it off, which left divets behind. I had to point it out to them and only then did they say they had spackle they could use to fix it. Maybe I was ignorant in thinking that a mistake a painter made would need to be repaired by the painter. They came back on 2 separate occasions to try to fix these areas but would leave either not understanding the problem or lacking experience in knowing how to fix it, so instead of it getting worse and becoming more frustrated we just said it was good enough. Giving 2 stars because the areas we can’t see up close, like our 2-story walls and vaulted ceilings, look great and I was glad to not have to rent scaffolding to do that myself. *update* We noticed after the fact as we started painting other areas in our home that the wrong sheen of paint was used in this project. Upon bringing this to their attention, Daniel quickly got another painter to come out and repaint the walls AND fix everything that was mentioned in the review above. Sebastian was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we were on the same page throughout the whole process. He even gave me pointers on another painting project I was working on myself. It would have been easy for Swifthand painting to have ignored our request for the paint sheen to be corrected, as we had already paid them, but it speaks volumes to the type of business they are trying to grow that they would come out and make it right again. Having worked with several other trades during our remodel process, we have learned this type of integrity in a business is the exception and definitely not the norm. We are so grateful. Fantastic experience with Swifthand Painting last week! I had seen ads and glowing reviews for them everywhere and decided to reach out when it was time to update our first floor. Cameron came out promptly to quote the job and I was very pleased to learn that interior designer Courtnie Von would come out to assist with color selection at no extra charge. She did and she's brilliant! The price was reasonable and the work was great. There were a couple minor touch ups needed but they were remedied on the next business day. I cannot recommend Swifthand Painting enough!

They had great communication. Their color consultant helped so much. The painters cleaned up and were polite. We had a few hiccups with estimated time for project. But that happens. This is our second time using Swifthand and would use again.

Our project manager was always in contact and communicating with us on the progress of our project. Any concerns we had were addressed and resolved immediately. I recently visited a model home and the cupboard color in the kitchen was beautiful! I decided to look into what the cost etc would be to have mine painted. Well I lucked out…the first company I contacted ( I usually like to get 3 or 4 bids before deciding) put forth such a splendid first impression that I signed with them on the spot! @SwiftHand Painting was with me every step of the way! The consultation was a well prepared, very informative and quick presentation. I had my own color consultant, and project manager who were both outstanding helping me to feel confident in my decisions and the choice I made to hire SwiftHand Painting! The painters were meticulous, hardworking, and kept me in the loop with the timeframe and every decision needing to be made. They were very timely, respectful and extremely good at their profession! I loved the ENTIRE experience and my cupboards are BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you to all involved in my project!
