Not well. Called three times before I was able to talk with someone (recorder did request callers to leave a message). Provided me with the cell number of their repair person. Called three times, did leave a message with varied phone options, never returned a call. Primary reason I subscribed to Angie's list was for this service. This was the most recommended provider. I eventually found someone who would answer the phone in the yellow pages.

I chose to call this company based on Angie's List.

Luckily company did installation of sprinkler system of the house I recently purchased. Company made a next day appointment and arrived within the window of appointment they gave me. Service provider explained the system to me and lead me through the steps needed to winterize the system. An easy procedure, but not having a sprinkler system prior to this, I did not have this knowledge. It was very helpful and left me with the knowledge to do this procedure in the future. I would highly recommend this company. Price was good and what the company normally charges for a service call.

In late August, a puddle began forming above my sprinkling systems stop and waste valve. I searched Angie's list for reputable lawn irrigation contractors in my area. I got bids from several companies, for the repair of the stop and waste, but Superior suggested that before he would continue with the replacement of the valve, he would like to try turning the valve off and on. He said sometimes that fixed the problem. This might sound familiar from another review, but the difference was mine turned out to be broken. I was impressed with Jeff's honesty, so I had his company do the work. I asked what it would cost to install an entirely new system in the spring. He said if I did it this fall, he would fix the stop and waste as a part of the installation. I got a bid for the entire installation and was happy I did. His company repaired the stop and waste the same day and completed the remainder of the installation in two weeks later and on schedule.

I highly recommend Superior Sprinkling. They were punctual, efficient, courteous and friendly. Did everything I asked and more.

They rock! If they can't keep their appointment, they call you. I am very pleased with this company. They have all the parts on the truck, which saves a lot of my time and theirs. They are really well equipped for everything and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They have a great service.

Arrived on time, performed work quickly and were very accessible whenever needed. When done, they cleaned up the area very well and went over the system with me. Haven't had experience with their warranty yet.

We had a major leak from the sprinkler system main valve. Called Superior and asked them to replace the valve because I assumed it had failed. I already started digging the 4 foot hole to reach the main valve. Jeff Ludwig told me to stop digging and explained that the valve most likely was not broken but had not shut off properly. He talked me through reopening and reclosing it and (thankfully) the water stopped leaking. Not only did that save me a lot of time and effort but Jeff could easily have sent someone out to do that simple task and charge for a service call or even could have replaced the valve and charged $$$ for that. This evening he called us to check that everything had turned out alright and whether we needed any more help - pretty impressive service in my book!

He was very polite, professional and was able to immediately recognize and fix the problem. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

I WAS VERY pleased, THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL, TIMELY AND HAD IT ALL DONE IN THREE DAYs. THEY TORE OUT THE OLD ONEs AND REPLACED IT WITH NEW.
