Superior Sprinkling

They came out promptly and gave us a good bid. They came out when they said they were going to. They did the work they said they were going to do. They came out later in the year to put in the sprinklers. They work pretty well.

Andy was wonderful....had a hard time getting in touch with him due to my schedule and his but once we connected the work was completed quickly. Superior Sprinkling is a great company to work with...they are honest and do great work.

They did a super job and checked the rest of my system while here.

I have had maintenance and repairs done on my sprinklers for a year and a half now and been very happy with the work. They have been very reliable coming within a few days or the day when I have called when my sprinklers did not work. All of the repair men have been very professional, I felt very comfortable with all the repair people at my home. I really am glad I found this company and I will use their services again.

I worked directly with Andy and a partner from quote to finish. The quote was delivered the day I called, it was fair and we agreed to a schedule. Andy kept that schedule perfectly and completed the work on time and within the quote. I couldn't be happier, and quite frankly, neither could Andy. I called to have my main line turned on - something that had gotten increasingly difficult each year. Jeff came out, turned the line on and immediately my main valve box flooded. (I'd tried to replace diaphragms in valves that were not shutting off last season myself.) After he turned the water off and tried fixing my handiwork, the main valve refused to turn back on. Rather than risking a broken valve and days without water in the house, he advised I replace it and gave me an estimate of the cost. A few days later, they came back - replaced the main valve (which I can now turn on and off with one hand!) and also fixed a broken line, broken valve, and replaced some bad sprinkler heads -- all for the original quote. When I turned the timer on, one set of sprinklers did not work. I called Jeff and he suspected that one of my diaphragm replacements was slightly misaligned. He stopped by the next day and fixed it - no extra charge. My experience not only sold me on Superior Sprinkler, but made me even happier I use Angie's List. Thanks!

Went even better than expected. Jeff worked hard to get our old system "patched up" to keep our yard green until he could work us into his busy-season schedule for a full replacement. His crew was punctual, professional and prompt. They were in and out within 2 days - the quality of the system if great and the service and attention to detail are top notch too. We couldn't be happier!

Andy is the guy who comes out every year and he checks everything. We pay them yearly to come and check everything. They installed our sprinklers sometime ago and we just hire them every year. We like one person who works for them and he comes every year to do the job. He's got very good personality and he always has a good sense of humor. There is a particular individual over there who does a good job and is very professional. We got to know him personally. They come when they say they are going to come. They do the job and they check with my wife. I am not sure of others price but they are okay. I would use them again. I use them every year, in the spring and fall.

Jeff is great! We've used Superior for three different projects and have been very pleased with their work.

Called them on a Thursday, guy came on Monday morning. He quickly figured out the problem of why my sprinkler system wasn't working, and determined it was faulty wiring to the box.

My daughter has a very small lawn with only one valve on a timer and it was not functioning. I called Superior due to the high number of excellent reports on Angie's List. I had a call back on the same day, and they said they would be able to work us in within a couple of days. A couple of days later, I met one of the technicians (Andy) at the property. He was very friendly and cordial, and corrected the problem within about 45 minutes. The best part was that the other man who was with him, tuned up the whole sprinkling system while Andy was working on the electrical problem. They replaced a broken sprinkler head, adjusted the spray on several heads and reinstalled a sprinkler head that was too high near the sidewalk. I am a very happy new customer!

I specifically selected Superior Sprinkling because of high ratings on Angie's List. Unfortunately, the representative I dealt with was extremely unprofessional. I scheduled a noon appointment for Saturday several days in advance. I clearly explained that I had broken sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced. I even included the type and model number of my system. After waiting for two hours, I received a phone call from Andy (designated maintenance contact) explaining that he was running late and wanting to know if he could come over - about 2:00pm now. He did arrive shortly after, but to my surprise, he said he didn't have any parts to replace the sprinklers. These are a combination of drip irrigation and standard lawn sprinklers (I later found the parts and replaced these myself at Home Depot). He claimed he would have to return on Wednesday the following week. I asked him what time and he said sometime in the afternoon. Today was Wednesday and I took off work early, waited all afternoon until dark - no phone call, nothing. I can only guess that Superior Sprinkler gives great service to big projects for new irrigation systems - fine. I just wish they would have told me they don't prioritize small maintenance projects. I would gladly have found someone else to help me. Unfortunately, I wasted an entire week playing phone tag, or waiting at my home.

The workers were polite, and worked quickly, and answered my questions patiently.

They did that for free. They were very good and did what they said they would do. They did it within the budget. I was pretty happy with them.

They have been out several times. They are an excellent company. They are very professional. When you call with a need, they come right away and take care of it. They are friendly and very good to work with. We've used their service three or four times.

The story above tells it all. I had called Angie's List specifically to get a good sprinkling company because I had spent nearly $300 the year before on two companies that I just called from the yellow pages, and neither one fixed the problem. So I was very happy to find Superior Sprinkling with such high ratings. They deserve it ! I have not had another problem with the sprinklers the rest of the summer.I have already told my friends and recommended them, as well as recommending Angie's List.

We had been having problems with our sprinkler system - a flooded control box, sprinklers in the wrong locations and patches of dying grass that weren't being watered by the sprinklers. We called Superior Sprinkling, Inc. and they promptly sent a technician (Andy) to our home. Andy and his assistant were able to quickly diagnose and fix all of our problems. They arrived right on time for their scheduled appointment, were friendly and professional, and were able to get the work done promptly and efficiently. Their price was incredibly reasonable, and we will use them in the future for all of our lawn irrigation needs. Overall we had a fantastic experience with Superior Sprinkling, Inc.

I had a leak in our sprinkler system. Jaff came out personally to investigate, gave me a fair quote than had the work completed in a prompt and professional manner.

Jeff and his crew were exceptionally professional, courteous and fast. They were immediately responsive after my first contact with them and throughout the project. They arrived at 8:30 AM and finished everything by 4:00 PM. After, our lawn look just as good as it did before the crew arrived, even though they had to dig trenches throughout my lawn and remove sod. Amazing!

A good experience overall. Spoke with Jeff over the phone, who was very helpful. I explained the situation(leaky sprinkler stop/waste valve)and he quoted me a price for the repair. The day of the appointment, the service technician arrived 90 minutes late, possibly due to the ending of Daylight Savings Time the day before. He went straight to work once he arrived, and the work was completed in about three hours. From what I could see, the technician did a great job. He also ensured that the excavated dirt was cleaned up and that the sod he removed to access the valve was replaced in a professional manner. The cost was exactly what Jeff quoted over the phone. I will not hesitate to call them for future sprinkler-related work. Highly recommend.

Andy came to repair the system. It wasn't anything major, just a washer needed replaced, but they did a good job. They came out when they said they would, got my irrigation system up and running again. I would recommend them and I'll use them again if needed.

I used Angie's List to find several sprinkler installation/repair companies in my area. Superior was the highest rated so I tried them first. Even though I called on a Saturday afternoon, the person who answered the phone told me that someone would call me right back on Monday morning. By 9:00 am on Monday I had already scheduled the initial service visit to consider what needed to be done. Andy, the technician, arrived early Tuesday afternoon, a bit later than he had told me he would come by, but it was clear that he wanted to complete his last job that took a little longer than he anticipated. He looked over the site, listened to what I wanted it to be, assessed the situation quickly, gave me an estimate of about $100, and said he would complete the job on Thursday or Friday. The next day I called him to make a change, which added a bit to the cost, but which he said could be easily done. The only problem I had with the whole thing is that I didn't know which day he could do the work--Thursday or Friday--so I had to stay at home both mornings. It was a minor problem. The whole job was completed by 10:15 today (Friday morning). It looks good and I am pretty confident that it works well. Andy's parting words were to give him a call if I had any questions. Great, efficient, and professional customer service!

My attempt to replace a broken valve resulted in a really broken valve; and of course it was just as the hottest days of the Summer began. I checked Angie's list and Superior was on top by far. I called Jeff on a Monday and told him my plight. He said he was really busy and recommended two other guys. They too were honest about their schedules and both were just jammed. I called Jeff back and, picturing my lawn and garden becoming toast, I asked if he could find any way to help me. He said he'd squeeze me in. He checked my situation and gave me estimates for replacing the one bad valve or replacing the whole deal. I chose the latter to avoid future problems. His crew arrived Wednesday morning. When I got home that evening the job was done and the system worked perfectly. I couldn't even tell the work had been done. The area was clean and looked completely undisturbed. Before I remembered the "List", I spoke to two other outfits. One said, sight unseen, their policy was to replace the whole manifold regardless. The other, called me back saying they were ready to do the job. When I asked for an estimate, the gentleman said he'd be out that day. I never heard back from him. I know a review with all "A" can be looked at as too good to be true. However, I recommend Jeff and Superior with no reservation.

Wonderful. I called three days before the holiday and Matt was not sure he could make it out before the weekend because he was so busy. He made the time though, and came by between jobs within two days. He was very nice, gave us some suggestions both in terms of the amount of watering we should do and lawn care in general and even set our automatic sprinkler system for us before he left. He is a busy guy, but that is because he is so good!
