 + 0 moreWhen I first contacted them they quoted me a price of $10 per duct. However, when they got here, they wanted to charge $25 per duct. They did end up doing it for $10, though. They cleaned up after themselves, and they were friendly and polite.

 + -1 moreI always use Stanley Steemer to clean my carpets. They called me to set up the appointment. I use them every year. They arrive on time. They even called the next day to make sure everything got done to my satisfaction.

 + -1 moreI signed a one year contract that they would come out four times per year. They also sprayed a Teflon coating on it the first cleaning of the year. I was very happy with the customer service. I did let the contract expire as the carpet aged though.

 + -1 moreI think they are a shoty place. They charge based on where you live and what is in your home. They did not provide a price list with square footage. I had the same work done in two homes in different counties 2 hours apart and the price was totally different.

 + -1 moreThey were good. We have no complaints. The price was fine. They did it really good. They all kept calling to make sure everything was fine, and to see if anything needed to be redone. We actually had them come back and redo a few spots, which are fine now.

 + -1 moreI got a contract with them for four times a year. I've had a lot of other carpet cleaners over the years, but no one has ever gotten the carpet that clean. I just love them! The cleaners are just wonderful. The guy really helped me when I was having a bad day.
