Description of Work: I had to keep calling the company to even get information about his services and pricing after eight calls he finally showed up at my home an hour late. He gave me an estimate that was way too high and then pushed the job off on his co-worker Liz who never did call me back. When I told him his estimate was way to high then he said he would reconsider and get back to me which he never did. He would not take a credit card and wanted me to establish a pay pal account for this job. This kind of service in today's economy is a complete a total joke.

+ -1 moreThese painters are simply outstanding. They are personable, totally trustworthy, and their work is impeccable. My two neurotic dogs typically annoy the heck out of workers. The two painters embraced my dogs and my family. Further, I was scheduled to leave town Friday through Sunday. To be less intrusive during my time at home, they worked over the weekend that I was away. They were helpful and patient with color choice, even accommodating a mid-stream color change. Scott reassured us that they wouldn't consider the job finished until I was completely satisfied. That's exactly what they did, coming back twice after completion to make minor adjustments I asked for. This has been the 3rd time I've used Scott's company since 1994. I trust him completely... with my belongings, and to do the job right.
Description of Work: Scott and Lizz prepped and painted four rooms (including ceilings). Several areas of the ceiling were cracked due to settling. They lessened the appearance of these defects. Trim work was meticulously performed.
