It was really good. Jacob was personable and thorough and fast. Price was also pretty reasonable. They worked with us on changes and made sure we had what we needed. 👍

I continue to use Jacob because he is innovative and familiar with new and more energy, efficient ways of building. He does thorough research with city and county planning departments which saves a lot of time and money. He is adaptable to new ideas and very reliable. He is also willing to prioritize his time for jobs that need a quick response.

Incompetent, doesn't listen, takes your money and does nothing for it. Don't sign a contract with this person. He DOES NOT deliver.

Communication and overall from start to finish was on point and on time. Very professional and always responds in a timely manner. Jacob had the designs for my project ready and also had structural signed off. My project was forwarded to couple of contractors he recommended. And i ddnt have to hunt around for a contractor for my project. Overal I recommend Jacob and his partners for your project. You won't be disappointed.

Jacob was great. He met me on site to see our vision for what we are trying to accomplish. He was prompt and easy to work with. Plans turned out great. We’re excited to start the build.

They were very thorough and transparent. They work within the budget. They give different options and it was a good quality. There were also things to consider and they took care of it.
