R & JL SIDING

I had R&JL do work on a home doing siding, windows and rain gutters. I was told in August of 2020 that it would be done by the end of September, 2020, however they did not start until November 2020 and finished in December 2020. I had already put down a deposit so I was stuck with them. After the completion of the job I found that the rain gutters (which were to be Almond Aluminum) were put up in white. I thought they had changed them out after I called about them being the wrong color; however, they put up Almond and then painted sections (white Aluminum corners) to Almond because they did not have the Almond parts. Now the paint is peeling off the corners on the front of the house and it looks like crap. I have called for 4 months setting numerous appointments (5) with Jake Newman to come and look at the rain gutters. Every appointment was broken with some excuse. At the end of the day their work was ok except the rain gutters. Any warranty or follow up after the job has been like pulling teeth. The rain gutters have not been looked at or any warranty completed going on 5 months now after numerous false promises. So, if you’re looking for a company that does follow up or customer service or warranties their product I would look some other place and not at R&JL Exteriors.
