Description of Work: We asked for a detailed explanation for an invoice and then Oscar, the owner, argued with us over late fees while we were discussing it. We fired him and he said he didn't need our business anyway. He bills by the hour even if it takes him 15 minutes.

+ -1 moreThey did come out with short notice but didn't provide quality service. Only partially cleared off sidewalk and charged for ice melt even though we didn't want it. When confronted, owner argued with us and said we wanted ice melt. This demonstrated poor business practice and lack of professionalism. We will not be using them for snow removal or our landscaping needs.
