Came out after hours to fix our A/Con a Friday evening and got us going in a few hours. He gave us plenty of options for now and in the future.

so after trouble shooting my AC unit with no success I jumped on the internet and quickly received a call from Jeff who immediately scheduled a technician to come to my residence and that's when I met Shawn. he quickly identified my several issues with my older unit, Shawn quickly gave me several options to satisfy my needs. I felt comfortable with him and never felt pressured. he was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional he then scheduled a crew to come out and install my new unit. the crew showed up and quickly installed my unit explaining what they were doing along the way. I was impressed at how fast this all happened from the phone call to the finished unit. I will use ONE STOP heating and air conditioning in the future and highly recommend them to anybody in need! thanks again ONE STOP!!!!

I received a call immediately, and the person was very professional. The next morning he came to our house and explained the issues. A few hours later they arrived and job was completed. The installers were very professional and cleaned up and on their way. We had to replace our furnace and air conditioner. Was a stress free experience, and would hire and recommend them again.

We called them for a tune-up and ended up needing work done on our unit. We had to rely on their honesty, but they did give us the opportunity to postpone repairs. We were not prepared at the time for a $500 bill. BUT, if it really needed to be done, I'm glad this company did it.

These guys were great! They came to diagnose my burnt out a/c unit and came the next day to install my new one. they had it done in 6 hours and the replaced everything! great value and even better service. They were very informative and curtious. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The technician who came to the house to check out the situation was very polite and experienced. He diagnosed the problem and we hired them to replace our 24 yr old furnace. The installation team seemed very experienced, prompted and it look slike they did a great job.

They were prompt to respond to our emergency with out furnace. Jeff came out about and hour or so later and quickly diagnosed the issue. After deciding to go with One Stop, Jose came by about and hour later with someone else and they got out the old furnace and the new one in fairly quickly. I was very pleased they came out and did all that work in just one day. Thank you!

Our furnace was still working yet they came out within a day to check it and gave us several options. We chose to replace the furnace because it was 20 years old and had paid for other repairs to it over the years. They installed a new, smaller, and more efficient furnace. The installers were very professional and didn't try to upgrade me on stuff like other companies did in the past. They did what we agreed needed to do and left us with a more quiet furnace. They also fixed the place where the filter is located making it easier to get to. During the service, we dealt with four reps from One Stop and all were professional and patient and provided excellent service.

After closing on a home in Suncrest but still living in Arizona I had my son who is there going to college stop in and check to see if all was well. He told me the house was cold and only upstairs heaters were working. With the cold weather and fear of freezing pipes I immediately made my way to Utah to figure out what heck was going on. Sure enough the house was cold and the main furnace was not working. I used Home Advisor and read the reviews of several of the companies and picked One Stop. They scheduled a visit within 2 hours of call and actually showed up early which was nice because I knew I had a very short window to figure out what to do. Shawn thoroughly checked out and tested the furnace it was obvious I'd need a new one. I was pretty upset because I had just bought the house and this was clearly missed on the inspection. Shawn calmed me down and gave me the information to make the decision easier. I had only one way it could happen though and that was if they could get the new furnace and install it the NEXT day. I was scheduled to leave for Minnesota for work the day after that. If they couldn't have done it I'm not sure what I would've done because I couldn't leave the house unheated and risk damage. Shawn called and got it cleared and scheduled for yesterday. After the decision to replace it the next day I kept peppering Shawn with questions via texts through the evening and he answered every one, some coming in after 10:00pm. He was very professional and responsive. When the crew showed up the next day (yesterday 1/10/19) they were on time and spent the entire day installing the new furnace. Brand and Tyler were the best! Brand busted his tail getting the old one out and installing the new one. It is a long and cumbersome job. I could go on forever about how well they treated me and how great they were but I'll just say it was the best service I've received in years. When all was done they spent time teaching me the new thermostat programming and cleaned up perfectly. After they left I noticed one of the new ecobee4 thermostats had turned off. Freaking out I called and told them. They turned around at 5:45 at night and came back to my house and fixed it. It wasn't their fault, the previous owner had the wires protruding and made it so the unit wouldn't sit tight. Regardless, they fixed it and my home is now up to date with the latest technology and a very efficient furnace. Thank you so much Shawn, Brand, Tyler, and One Stop. You turned a stressful situation into a good experience.

Fast, friendly, and they did excellent work. Our old furnace died in the wee hours of Sunday morning. One Stop had a man to our house that same day who evaluated the situation and left us with some space heaters. Monday morning they showed up to pull our old furnace and had a new one installed and running before they left. Tuesday they came back to finish the AC. They ran into a few glitches along the way but stood by their bid. The work was first rate. A clean, tidy installation done by expert installers.
