We had a little trouble getting the information from them for a home warranty claim but it was not that hard once they realized what we needed. The install of a new furnace was expertly done and the crew cleaned up so that it was like they never were here.

Friendly, thorough and got the job done amazingly fast! They were really knowledgeable and clear about what they could and couldn’t accomplish in my space. I will hire them in the spring for further work.

I asked One Stop HVAC to come check out my furnace and heating system that wasn't put out enough air and was struggling to heat all parts of my home. He serviced the furnace, helped me understand that with a house as old as mine the air return ductwork was limited and the high-grade air filter was choking off the airflow and prematurely killing my furnace. He also checked my gas levels, above and beyond the basic cleaning service. All of this within 24 hours of me contacting them to tell them about the heating system not working for efficiently. Would definitely recommend Shawn, Jeff, and the team at One Stop HVAC!

Friendly, helpful, timely, efficient, and really responsive service. Was slightly more expensive for the service than I expected. But, in all, 5 stars from me.

Furnace died overnight, Contacted OSH&AC on a Friday Morning, Jeff showed up on time, assessed the problem, made diagnosis, unit was shot, need new one, provided info and we selected one and pricing. One issue with them is they do a 'Lump Sum' bid I do not like this, the bid should be broken out by materials [major], material [minor], labor, trucks and tools percentage and profit margin. I never selected contractors using lump sum bids in my 44 years in the engineering/construction business Given they removed the old and installed the new quickly their crews are great. <<<JC>>> retired engineer

Hired one stop heating for a second opinion for my home ac/hvac. The original company told me I needed entire new system and spend up to $5000-$9000.00. One stop came out the same day I called with 2-4 hours and found a burnt wire for the AC compressor that wasn't allowing the system to run. These guys are honest reliable business which is very hard to find these days. My repairs that would have costed me thousands turned into $150.00, I'd highly recommend them a would hire them again without a doubt.
