OGDEN CARPET OUTLET

We went here because we were finishing a room in our basement and they had cheap remnants that included install. The employee they sent to install the carpet was on time and did a good job. The thing I didn't like was that he told me the store had forgotten to include a charge for one thing and he needed me to write out a check for it. So I wrote out an extra check. I would have liked to have known that I could be charged extra over what I had paid. A few months later the carpet wrinkled up. Ogden's Carpet had guaranteed the install on it, so they came back and stretched the carpet again. Overall they were a good company to work with, they just get a B on price for the employee charging me more.

It was very good experience. The workers were very helpful and have good communication skills. They also cleaned up after the work was performed. We were impressed with that. Overall we were very happy with the work they completed.
