+ -1 morePerfectly! He's not cheap but fair and conticientious. He performed extra work that I didn't request but which he felt needed to be done to make it secure. He didn't require a minimum service fee and actually gave us a discount because we were reffered to him. I would recommend him for any residential job but understand he's had commercial experience as well.
Description of Work: Tom reframed a remodeled bathroom, rerouted the water pipes to accomodate a new walk-in shower, secured flooring and rethreaded drain fitting. I have several friends who have used his service and all gave him high marks. He's been in the business for 20 years and knows all the latest techniques and innovations.
