+ 0 moreThey had the sewer line open and broke the water main. Our home gushed with sewer water for 2 hours and 40 min. Sewage gushed like a fountain 5 feet above the toilet. Total and complete devastation to our basement. We lost everything. Pictures, journals and all our furniture. They refuse to for our cleaning, demolition and rebuild. We were told we had to go through our insurance. Our insurance didn’t cover all the sewer line cleaning. We were told we had to hire a plumber. We have contacted an attorney. Do not hire this company!!!!
Description of Work: Provo City hired them for underground sewer repair.
