Throughout the entire process of selling and buying our homes, Joe was a source of expertise and professionalism for us to rely on. He has a calming demeanor that really helped when my husband or I became frazzled with the process or various actions of others. During the sale of our home, he was willing to show our home to potential buyers when their agent couldn’t be bothered and went above and beyond to help prepare our home for sale. I believe because of Joe’s advice, we got significantly more for our home than we would have without him! When we had questions about which would be the right house for us to buy, he gave his professional opinion but never interfered or tried to sway us one way or the other unless it was something that could potentially damage us or the resale value of the home in the future. He pointed out things about potential homes that neither my husband nor I even noticed and I think saved us from a real headache in the future. He was attentive and punctual, whenever we had appointments with him, he made good use of time and showed us exactly what we were looking for and helped us to narrow our search most effectively. He negotiated with the other agents on our behalf, some of whom were difficult to deal with and made the transaction seamless for us. He is tech-savvy and communicated with us via phone, email and text, taking into account where we were at that time of the day, which we just loved. He came to our signings for support without us even asking him to and even showed up in a suit! Our last real estate agent came in shorts and a tee-shirt! We’ll never buy or sell another home without using Joe again!
