+ -1 moreMove went great. I've always just had buddies/neighbors help me move in the past. Problem was I had work conflicts and honestly my back hasn't been well. I was surprised by 2 things. First was hiring movers was cheaper than I thought it would be. Second was how much less stressful it was than trying to round up friends, family, neighbors etc for a move. I would highly recommend Helping Hands moving and maids, they busted their butts for us.

Description of Work: Moved 3 bedroom apartment on 4th floor to home in mountains with steep driveway and lots of stairs to the home.

+ -1 moreThe fridge and TV cabinet were too big and heavy to get up the basement stairs. I called this company and they came at 10 am the next morning and quickly got both pieces up and out of my house.
Description of Work: Brought up an old refrigerator and old TV cabinet from my basement and moved to curb for annual garbage collection

+ -1 moreThe service did not go well. The movers left behind a table. I called the owner to discuss that and he was very rude. They did pick it up eventually. The staff was not professional or courteous. The pricing was fair for the move, but we did have difficulties scheduling the service. We scheduled for 10AM and they showed up at 9AM.
Description of Work: I hired the company to move my mother’s things from an assisted living facility back to her home.
