When looking at the reviews online it looks like a good company all the five star reviews everywhere. Unfortunately to find out the reviews were all written by their own company. When confronted about the fake reviews they lied. I asked them to refund the money to my mother which they responded "Our technician completed 90% of the work." which in reality it took two more days for them to just get the internet to work on my mothers computer. The only reason she allowed them to complete the "WORK" they were doing is because they stated she would not receive a refund. The "services she paid for were $499.00 for a year monitoring and repair. So how could they complete 90% of a years work in one day? That is beyond me. This company is not to be trusted.
Description of Work: This provider charged my senior citizen mother $499.00 to "fix and monitor" her computers for a year. Completely inflated price for two computers not worth $500.00
