Extremely expensive expecting at least some quality what I got was the opposite. I ordered panels made for PEX antifreeze tubing but I was sent panels that take electrical cable only, half the size and half the thermal capacity for the same price. When I complained I was told to put the PEX in the nailing channel which would have certainly caused the roof to leak. If I asked for technical assistance their email response was asking for the tracking number of my next payment installment. I paid for the system in full in May and received the merchandise in September. I paid Michael Gurr of Engineer roof deicing in full for the heating distribution panel which was sent destroyed. Instead of crediting me I had to pay for a second panel (almost $6000) which was not wired properly (one of the pumps was not wired at all) and the transformers were missing. I had to buy all new replacement parts and pay for a second panel. The ($1000) fill tank was missing from the shipment which they claimed UPS freight lost and when I filed a claim UPS sent me a photo of the shipment showing no tank exposing me to a fraud charge. The amount of PEX sent was way short and it was radiant heat 3/8” and extremely difficult to find causing further delays. The antifreeze is too viscous to pump through the tubing so I have $30,000 in aluminum panels on my roof and the system doesn’t work, all I have after of that is ice dams. This company is bad news stay away.
