We had Eric Gilbert from Cransten Handyman and Remodeling out to install a new shower and bath. Eric was great, took care of everything. The new shower looks great, has good pressure and temperature control. Eric was very communicative about everything that needed to be done, and was very respectful of the property. I’ll be recommending Cransten to others.

Joseph was an excellent handyman. Super competent and listened well to me as the homeowner. I highly recommend him as choice for anyone who has a project.

Hired Joseph and he was absolutely incredible! Very communicative and was able to come fix my electrical issues very quickly. My septic failed at my NC residence when I was stationed HAFB in MA. My wife and Insurance took care of the clean up, but the original contractor never followed up on the repairs. They were the only ones I could find who could build the corner appliance garage door. I went through four different people, including the original cabinet guy, general contractor and two other handymen. They found the parts that needed to be ordered, matched the paint and custom built the door. The only room for improvement is that they lost track of my project for a month or so - I believe it was because someone left the company and no one realized this job was incomplete (hence 3 star on customer service). Good company, would definitely use again.
