We needed our vinyl backyard fence repaired. One of our panels had fallen down and was still usable but we needed someone to come put it back up. The repairman we had is Russell and he was on time, professional, quick and the service was affordable. We will definitely be using Cransten again for future repairs inside our home that will be coming up soon.

Herman from Cransten Handyman came to my home to hang a walnut chiming wall clock. He did an excellent job; was very personable and efficient and ensured the clock was functioning before he left. He also provided a solution to a problem with bifold doors which I will schedule in the future with Cransten. I really appreciate his efforts.

Privacy fence repair was reasonably priced, and was done in a professional manner. Would definitely use them again.

These two gentlemen braved 95 degree heat in putting this metal gazebo together. They came on time and finished early and I'm sure most of it was pure torture due to the humidity and sun. Great job!

Job got done, all as requested. Did work on short notice which was important. Logistics and process was a bit confused, not much communication between handyman and office. Price a tad on the high side, but happy with result.

The gentlemen power-washed my screened porch and did a great job. They were prompt and very friendly. I would hire this company again.

I will never give out my credit card information before a job is completed again! They quoted $180 but charged $557! Lied about price of fencing was $3.58 per board not $11.28 quoted. Charged for 16 boards but used only 14! Did not close the seam on wainscotting as promised! They would never let someone treat them the way they treated me!

They were prompt about contacting us to schedule them for service. They sent out Jim who did a great job! We ended up adding some extra jobs to our original list so he stayed the whole day to get them all done. I would highly recommend their services!

I felt they did not understand what I needed so 5 days before he was scheduled, I sent an email stating exactly what I needed done, which was to secure a faceplate. He called before coming stating they had not given him my address (at least they provided the phone number). When he arrived he was prepared to patch a piece of drywall? He had to go buy supplies that he should have brought with him. He did a great job but he was not, nor was I treated well by his service.
