I'm writing this review to give kudos to Complete Source. They are great to work with and go the extra mile to make things right. My kitchen countertop and backsplash project was a pretty complicated job. I'd selected a fairly expensive quartzite stone with well-defined grain/veining and my vision was for the countertop and back splash to each look like one continuous piece of stone. The countertop was completed beautifully, but I was unhappy with the backsplash (installed while I was out of town) for a few reasons, but mostly due to a large seam and the veins not lining up in an obvious spot. When I raised my concerns to Steve, he was very concerned and took full responsibility to make sure I was happy with the look of the backsplash. Complete Source replaced the portions of the backsplash that were causing me concern and I'm satisfied with the final result. Complete Source's honesty and willingness to make things right have earned my loyalty. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone else looking for a good company to work with.
