Received estimate for work to be performed, and price was acceptable. Painters were punctual and hard-working but did not communicate very well. Decided to paint extra layers throughout the house and charge me without even getting permission. At the completion of the job items were lost and fixtures were not reinstalled. Per their instructions, I placed my valuables in a separate room and instructed the painters not to go in there. Unfortunately, they ignored my instructions and begin moving items into that room instead. Might not sound like a big deal, but when you were blind it’s not acceptable to have items moved without your permission. I specifically instructed them to let me know if anything needed to be moved, but they refused to listen. In the middle of winter, painters would leave doors open when coming in and out of the house. Entire experience was frustrating and not worth the money. Would not recommend.

We just finished a kitchen remodel and our contractor hired CertaPro painters for our job. While I can't comment on the price since we did not pay them directly, I can definitely comment on the quality of their work. The attention to detail was excellent and the transition from the ceiling to wall is flawless. They were on time, professional and got the job done quickly. Enio (the site supervisor) was great to communicate with and he made sure that we were happy with their work. I would not hesitate to recommend or hire them in the future.

CertaPro was the only one of three companies I contacted that responded to me. They got out to do an estimate just a day or so after the request and gave a detailed breakdown of cost and the processes along with some options. The estimator was professional in appearance and behavior and very easy to talk to which helped us ask the tough questions and get great discussion and feedback.. As a 30 year aviation maintenance professional myself I expect to talk to professionals when hiring work and this gentleman did not disappoint, he knew the processes cold. . They scheduled us in just a week later and the work was completed by two very motivated personnel who took the time to explain every step of what they were doing to my spouse who was left in charge of this project. The results were fantastic, I was blown away by how well the old rusted handrails came out and the house paint matched perfectly to the older paint. I don't know about price comparisons but for what I received for what I spent I am very satisfied.

The experience was excellent. They were really professional and they went above and beyond because we had this area that needed to be sanded and he sanded it down so everything looks great.

I had met them at the home show so I had no idea what to expect. They showed up right on time for the first estimate. Which was great! I had the same painter, Jose Ruiz. He was fantastic!! He paid attention to details and always did his best without it feeling rushed. He always made sure to clean up the area for the day and was very considerate of my daughter and dog. I greatly appreciated this since we had to live in the home while the projects could be completed. My next project I will only use them! They went above and beyond! They also had an amazing color specialist come out to my home with paint samples to help me pick out the best color choices. This was included with my project. She was very knowledgeable. It help take the stress out of color choice. Everyone on the team was amazing. Highly recommend them!!

He did a great job. Certapro provided a reasonable bid for the work to be done, scheduled in a timely manner. The work was started and completed on schedule. The painter was courteous and diligent.

This was the worse experience ever. Had several contractors involved in this remodel and by far this company was horrible. I recommended texturing since plaster is difficult to cover in old homes. I was talked out of the ceilings but should have not listened to them. Their repair job for cracks took four trips to get it right. Ceiling bubbled and was told it was a leak which it was not after getting a roof guy out there. Then admitted it was not primed properly. Clean up was a joke. Used my garbage cans indoor type stacked with their garbage left, paint all over the sink and cabinets. Took the lead painter to come out and spend a few hours cleaning up. Paint all over the hardwood floors. Granted we were refinishing the hardwood but respect and professionalism was lacking. Would never ever call this company again. Cheaper is not always better. Note those photos included were taken when I was told the job was complete. Also used my buckets to put paint in that were brand new and then left dirty too. The garbage left inside was so heavy I couldn't lift the can to dump it.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Company responded to all text and phone calls immediately. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly, as I was in from out of town trying to sell my parents house. An unusual situation and a stressful time for me, they turned it into a worry-free situation with great results. John and Kama performed the painting and were professional, courteous, clean and FAST! They painted much more than I expected them to accomplish in the 16 hours and did a beautiful job! I feel like I definitely got my money's worth. Highly recommend! (On a side note...I had started booking with a DIFFERENT company," 5 STAR Painting", however they dragged me along for 4 days with "we may be able to get you on the schedule in the next couple of days". After 4 days with still no set service date, I went with CertaPro who were more expensive, but worth every penny!)

It was not what they advertised. They had to come in and do a lot of touch up and there is still touch up that needs to be done. I didn't like their method of painting. They also didn't clean up as well as they should have.

The four workers showed up both days on time. There was little talk, they all had a job and started right on that job. They finished most of the rooms the first day and they started cleaning up to go home. My wife told them that she really didn't like the color that she picked out for the kitchen, and that they had just finished painting, and asked if anything could be done to change the color now that it's done? We were called by the owner of the company who told us to pick a new color out and he would have a color coordinator come over to make sure the new color is what we want. That all happened and the next day the kitchen was repainted. We were more happy than we ever believed we would be. They were finished after the second day and they walked around with us to check everything. There were 3 places that needed a spot of paint and that was it. They put 2 coats of paint, except the 4 coats on the kitchen, on all the walls and it looks great.

They were here as promised, did a great job, cleaned up, left me the balance of paint should I want to do any minor items of my own.

Bradley was able to come the Friday afternoon we closed on our new house to give us a bid and even helped pick our paint color. He was able to get us on the schedule the following Monday, which was a miracle given the time crunch we were under! The painters, Francisco and Noel, arrived bright and early Monday morning and had the UGLY mirrored walls down in no time! Bradley, and the owner Doug, were not far behind them with the paint. Francisco and Noel worked very hard breaking up the mirrors and disposing of them, patching and repairing all of the walls and then, yes, painting them! They arrived on time every morning and were very meticulous about their work, they were perfectionists! We made a number of changes and I'm sure every time his phone rang Bradley probably cringed when he saw my number, but he was VERY professional and kind and was SO easy to deal with! We loved working with him and are so happy with our house and plan on calling him and getting Francisco and Noel back to do other areas of our house! We could not be happier with our experience! Crew and crew leader. Maria were very good responded to our requests very well. Cleaned up every night and did a neat job. Corrected every problem found. We would definitely use them again

They were good. I told them if anybody in the area was looking for painting that they could come and look at my house. And somebody did call me about that. I recommended them to a neighbor. It was good.

I found them to be very reasonable, really efficient and timely. Their service has worked out well for me. I liked that they were really prompt and they worked long hours. They did the job well and they asked for my opinion all the time to make sure that everything was suitable and that I liked it. They were great. Their pricing was great and really fair. I am really pleased with the quality of their work even at this point. They told me to call them if I would have any problems but so far I have not had any. Their responsiveness was really good and their punctuality was perfect.

The whole process went very smooth. Doug was very friendly and professional to work with. The painting crew was really friendly and went above and beyond what was needed. They all made the whole thing terrific. The paint job looks excellent.

Provider was on time and performed quickly and proficiently. Will use again.

Very well. Some delay in timing but good communication helped.

They were congenial. Their follow up was good. Some of the things I wasn't satisfied with they came back and fixed the issue immediately.

They did a great job, did not leave a mess and were courteous. They were very careful in masking and making sure that areas which are not supposed to be painted are protected. Their pricing was reasonable but it took a while for them to respond to my request when we were trying to get this project arranged. I will use them again in the future.

It went well. They showed up, got started, it took them about 3 hours. What would have taken me 2 days. They cleaned up everything and were very professional and quick.

Doug, from CertaPro, made the experience very easy going and reasuring. He came to the house and after he took the measurements sat down with my wife and myself and did a step by step walk through on how the process worked. The painters showed up on the day and TIME they were schedule and before we knew it were done. They did a great job and my wife and I couldn't be happier. Professional attitutes and professional work.

A CertaPro Painters representative arrived early in the week to measure our living room and entryway. While at our home he was very polite, friendly, and professional. He was able to answer all of our questions about the company and about the painting process. In deciding upon color, style, and paint type, he helped by offering advice based on current trends. The final bid was agreed upon and a contract was signed the following day. On Saturday, the representative met the painters at our home the EXACT time he said they would be there. A team of three painters walked through the areas being painted, to insure that we were all on the same page with what we had requested. Immediately they started taping off the stairs and covering the floors and furniture. (We didn't have to move our furniture, by the way, the painters did it for us!!!! The only prep we had to do was to remove decorations from the wall!!!) Once the painters were well into their job, my husband and I left for a fun day to spend together. Mid afternoon we came back to find a well done job. The paint was an exact match to what we requested. Where the tan walls meet the white ceiling is flawless. There isn't a single spot of paint where it's not supposed to be. The painters did an excellent and thorough job cleaning up. In fact, before we left they asked if they could clean up using our kitchen sink...reluctantly I said yes. Upon inspection, the sink was left perfectly clean. We are very satisfied, very pleased, and would HIGHLY recommend CertaPro Painters.
