Budget Blinds of Sandy

Called the company on three different occasions but was connected to their answering service who assured me Mr. Buckley would call back. I never received the courtesy of a response. I put a lot of stock in their advertising but ended up just wasting my time. Makes me skeptical what kind of quality and service they really provide. If you don't get answered on the first try, don't waste your time calling a second. There are lots of worthy competitors in the area.

Mike came to our home and showed us all the options for blinds, shades and shutters. We told him what we wanted, and he took the measurements needed and left. Three weeks later as promised, he was back to install the blinds and shades. Two weeks later as promised, Picasso Shutters came and installed the shutters. From beginning to end the whole process was pleasant and painless. The blinds and shutters look great and really make the house look better. I will definitely use them again. I would describe them as "pleasant and professional".

I am very pleased with my experience with Budget Blinds. Mike was extremely helpful and very professional during the consultation and installation to complete the job. He was on time and very courteous. I would recommend him to anyone needing this service.

I compared pricing to a few other specialty companies and all the big box stores. Budget Blinds either beat the prices or were comparable. Their responsiveness and friendliness helped push out any other competitors! Mike talked with me on the phone about options and the differences between each for almost an hour. He also gave me advice on cleaning other window treatments in my house we weren't paying him to replace. Mike stopped by within a couple of days to get the measurements and colors just perfect. He squeezed the stop into a very busy weekend during which he was running a booth for the Home Show. It took a bit longer than originally expected to get the blind built, but that has to do with the manufacturer, not Budget Blinds. When Mike called to tell me the blind was ready and he could be out the next week, that was fine. But when I mentioned we had company on the way, he again adjusted his schedule and showed up within a couple of hours. Our house is 60 years old and the interior structure of the window was not conducive to the installation of a 90and quot;+ blind, but Mike took the extra time to get it installed properly. The blind is in so well, I'll probably have to have him take it out if I ever want to change it!! Not only did he do an excellent job with the installation, he cleaned up his whole mess, and with the difficulties during installation, there was a WHOLE mess. When Mike left, I couldn't even tell he'd been there, other than the BEAUTIFUL blind hanging in my window. The blind installed exactly met my specifications - I asked Mike to match the door and trim and it did, with perfection. The options I requested came exactly as they should. I could not have been more happy with the quality of the blind installed, the service provided, the responsiveness, and the price.

So far, I've been very impressed with Mike's service. He brought out samples, gave me ideas, did all the measuring for my new blinds. My windows are kind of tricky so I was glad to have a professional measure and install them. The prices are good too! Can't wait to get my new blinds!

Budget Blinds of Sandy and Mike Buckley are by far the best interior design person I have ever worked with! He came in Sept. to measure our windows for shades. Because we were going to replace the windows, his recommendation was to replace the windows first and then give him a call because he would sure hate to sell us thousands of dollars worth of window coverings that would need to be replaced because of new windows. So, we ordered the windows, and 3 months later called Mike back. He never wanted to track dirt in the house, so he would wear one pair of shoes in side and then swap them out. He explained all the details of the shades, verticals, blinds, ... you name it, color schemes..... .... his patience was unprecedented. In all honesty I cannot say enough good things about the fantastic service and quality product we got. If you want attractive, high quality product that is well worth their cost effective price, call Budget Blinds of Sandy and ask for Mike or Geita!

As I stated above, Mike and his wife Geeta were a dream to work with. They literally bring a store to your front door. It was wonderful to have so many samples to choose from, hold them up to your windows and know instantly if they would work or not. No trudging back and forth to a traditional store with heavy samples and wasting precious time. They took precise measurements and kept me informed through the entire process. My husband would come at night from a long day at work and see new treatments on our windows that were magically making the house we had purchased into OUR home. We have had so many complements it's almost, (but not quite), embarrasing! There a few areas left in our home that will benefit from their expertise and when the time comes, Mike and Geeta will be our first and only choice to finish the projects!

The process went very smoothly. Mike was responsive and always answered by questions. It did take a little longer than I expected to receive my shudders, but that was because they are so busy. I would rather wait to have an expert job, and the job done correctly then have a rush job or less perfect job. I have no and quot;don'tsand quot; when it comes to working with Budget Blinds.

I really liked that they came when they said. I didn't have to wait a long time after I called. The blinds took about three weeks after they had said it would only take two. The quality of the Levolor blinds was very good. The man that installed them did a good job. I didn't have all of the parts that I needed and he was very flexible. I was very pleased with him.

Mike was on time on all the service calls to come and estimate, to have them made, and to deliver and install them for free. He gave me the name of a window tinting expert for future on another window and made suggestions on a bowed window that gets a lot of sunshine for the future. He was on time professional and personable. He worked quickly and installed after bringing them out. His estimate was the better price of 4 other places I had contacted and gotten quotes from. Only one other came out and measured and estimated the window size. And he offered to take the old metal ones away for me or leave them with me. I kept the brackets and other things for future use. He also put back up the valances he removed to install the new blinds, and fixed the one bracket that came off when removing them. The blinds look wonderful.
