+ -1 moreI called Biograss on approximately april 28 to deliver sod on May 12. They talked me through what type of sod I needed and gave me tips on watering over the phone. They then arranged for the sod to be delivered May 12th. During the week of the 12th there was a huge storm. Our contractor, that was preparing our back yard, was in jeopardy of being delayed. I called Biograss on May 11th and asked them about how I could protect the grass if we had to lay it 48 hours after delivery instead of the recommended 24 hours. Their employee told me that he would make notes to cut the grass last in order to preserve it. They arrived within their 3 hour window to deliver the sod and it looked very good. The finished product looks amazing. My brother and a couple of our neighbors have installed sod within the last year and they insist that ours looked the best. We would definitely recommend Biograss.

+ -1 moreMy experience with them was okay. The guy knew what he was doing. What I liked is that he seemed knowledgeable about his product and what they could do and how well it would work out. I guess it's a busy time of year but if you leave a voice mail or send an email, it takes a few days for them to get back to you.
Description of Work: BioGrass Sod Farms gave me a quote for replacing our existing backyard lawn.
