We had Mark miles out three to four times from the initial quote to the final measurement. We spent 1-2 hours each time going through details of what we wanted. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted, the design process can take longer for people who are unsure. Mark came back with a very detailed plan including a 3D model and cost estimate. Bettercraft was our fourth quote and we liked them so much that we made our decision to go with them. We were then put on a waiting list to start the project in a few months. Once the time came to build everything happened fast. They were done before they estimated and the install took two days to make everything perfect. I'm very happy with their product and they promise to fix any issues with hardware as long as you still live in the house!

It was great. We got a lot of bids, but they had a specific wood type to match. It was the most affordable bid we got. The bathroom looks amazing.

Around 10 years ago, we decided to do a full remodel on our very dated 1960’s kitchen. We called Mark Miles of BetterCraft Cabinets Inc. located in Sandy, Utah. We had a good idea of what style we wanted, but we needed to reconfigure the layout of our kitchen. That's where Mark really helped us with ideas we never thought of. He made the best possible use of space we had. We wanted a contemporary style, which in this region, is a little hard to find. The cabinetry design was exactly what we wanted. It's so difficult to find someone to make a reality of something you have in your head. Not only were the cabinets hand-made, but hand-designed. The detail was absolutely impeccable. We really loved how the fridge was built in and matched the cabinets. We loved the kitchen so much, we had a custom matching entertainment center built. Mark came and met with us personally and was involved in every aspect of the design and installation. He is a quite a perfectionist. He was very concerned about meeting our budget. We feel we got more than we paid for after we saw the results, they were so much nicer than we imagined. Our kitchen design is so much more functional and well-designed. Since our first remodel, we recently moved my mother in after my dad passed away, building an addition on for her, which meant taking one wall of our kitchen out, so we called Mark back to have him reconfigure our kitchen again. He installed a new set of cabinetry for us, and installed a new kitchen and bathroom cabinetry for my mom. The design and cabinetry that he installed for our addition and for mom's new place has been everything and more than we expected in each and every aspect you could think of. I am not kidding when I say everyone that comes in our house comments on our cabinets. I tell all my friends to call him, that's how happy we are. You have to check out the pictures.
