A plus did a great job fixing my garage door after I backed into it while it was closing. Their technician was very professional and fast. Overall it was a great experience.

I found the service man to be honest, reasonable, and reliable. I spent a lot of time searching for someone to provide this service. I would recommend A Plus to everyone.

Seemed pretty expensive. $450 for the garage overhaul and 10 year warranty, but it only took the guy 45 minutes to replace springs, rollers, and cable.

The A Plus Garage Doors technician that came to my house was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to repair my door quickly and had all of the needed parts on his truck. He explained what was needed to get my door operational and also other maintenance that I may want to have done while he was there. I opted to have the broken spring replaced as well as have him replace the cables and rollers. Now my 13 year old garage door is so quiet that you can't even hear it open if you are inside the house.

Ryan was awesome! He fixed what I needed fixed and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. He actually spent more time educating me on the workings of my door/opener and how to make them both last longer than he did on the repair itself. This is a great way to build long-lasting business relationships! The came out quickly and were able to fix it for a fair price. They offered ideas on how to get the longest life out of my door and opener. I will definitely call them in the future!

Prompt return call to discuss my problem. Scheduled technician visit the very next day. Technician showed up on time and was very polite. He showed me what the problem was and gave me several options. While I opt'd for the cheaper one, I will have A Plus Garage Doors come back to do a total replacement in the Spring. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any type of garage door work done.
