I had Craig from A Plus Garage Doors here to service my garage door which has been making hideous screeching noise for years. I asked him for maintenance verses replacement information and he explained it very clear and easy to understand with prices. Craig was so kind and did amazing work as I requested. After he was done, I decided to replace the spring and cable. He agreed and to undo his work to replace these parts and did it with a smile. I was so happy with him and the work he did and now my door is safer and so quiet.

My garage door spring broke yesterday evening and I was expecting a headache to get it taken care of. Much to my surprise, the actual repair process was as close to perfect as I could hope for. Craig arrived when he was supposed to early this morning. He took the time to explain my options and answer a couple questions I had. He was extremely personable and friendly even when my young kids were running wild. He did a fantastic job, everything works better than than before and it was done in time for me to get to work. I enthusiastically recommend Craig and A Plus!
