The technician, Colby, walked us through every option. Never once did he try to up sell is or try to get us to purchase items not necessary.

Love my doors, Great service, great pricing! Friendly workers! My only issue is that I would have liked them to handle the electrical part or refer me to someone who knew exactly what to do because I ended up hiring someone myself and they did it wrong because I did not understand the instructions apparently and ended costing myself more.
