After 30 years of use, it became necessary to replace every part of our old one and we had no clue where to turn. A Plus Garage Doors was recommended and we called them. The experience was perfectly perfect every step of the way. Jordan was the perfect salesman: full and easily understood explanation of possibilities; all questions answered forthrightly; no pressure, no hype. Just garage door facts. Carson was the installer. He went about the removal of the old door and the installation of the new methodically and efficiently. In just over half a day he was finished and all was in working order. There was no mess. The company did indeed earn its name! The office staff on the phone were helpful and very much on top of things and added to the delight of working with this company. I highly recommend them without any reserve!

Scheduling was easy. They followed up to let me know exactly when they would arrive. I had a challenging repair on a wood door that had been hit by a car. Helaman didn’t make me any promises as the door was pretty banged up. An hour later he had the door back to square and looking like new. I highly recommend this company and Helaman to take on any door repair.

Jeff came out, gave me a reasonable bid, had all the parts to repair the door, completed the job in a quick, professional manner. then explained the 1 yr. warranty. I had inquired on a Sunday night, & A Plus Garage Doors had Jeff there by 4pm Monday!

Very friendly tech, was very professional. Had the things with him to fix the problem,so there was no waiting to get the garage door fixed.

I called for service early in the morning and received a call back in just a few minutes.I was set up with an appointment between 11:00 and 12:00. The technician arrived just after noon. He repaired the problem and performed some needed maintenance on my garage door in about an hour.I am completely satisfied with the results.

Fast and efficient

This was the fastest response I've received from a company. Craig happened to be in my area and carried the parts that my garage needed in his truck. Craig was awesome. He was professional, efficient, and was reasonable.

They were on time and did the repair and was done! I appreciate the efficiency of Kolby and his great skill.

Kolby explained all the mechanisms of a garage door and pointed out some needed repairs. However, he wasn't pushy, and he followed through with the simple oil and check I had requested. I will contact him later when I am ready for the more extensive work.

A+ staff was wonderful to work from the start. They contacted me within 2 hours of my post here on Home Advisor, had a quote within that week and had the new door installed. The installer was friendly, funny and very clean and through. The price was very reasonable , very competitive with the other quotes I had gotten and was in the price range I needed. I will recommend A+ to anyone who needs a garage door.

The evening my garage door broke around 9 p.m. I filled out the HomeAdvisor form. My garage door broke that I could not get it open to get my car out to take the kids to school or go to work so it was an urgent matter. To my surprise at 8:15 a.m. A Plus had contacted me, they came right out within a couple of hours, it was fantastic. Very reasonably priced right in line with everyone else from what I found.
