+ -1 moreAmazing! We had a flood and called them. Doug helped us out right away! He is the owner but because it was late on a Friday night he came out himself. He was so wonderful and made a horrible situation a little easier. Doug was very friendly, helpful and sympathetic. He cleaned up the carpet and left his fans to help it dry. He was able to save the pad so we did not have to replace anything! He also recommended us to a great guy to re-stretch the carpet when everything was taken care of. Absolutely would use again and recommend to others!

Description of Work: A-Alpha Carpet Cleaning cleaned our carpets today. To start...I contacted them the first time last Wednesday. They requested an approximate square footage of the area to be cleaned and since I didn't have any idea, I told them that I would take some rough measurements and call him back. I did not get around to calling until two days ago at which point they managed to get me a quote while I was on the phone and scheduled to be out 2 days later! I had called other places, left messages, and NEVER received a return call. Then today, they arrived exactly when they said they would! They were quick and professional! To top it all off...I have a household with two little boys and two dogs. I had contemplated the fact that we may just need to replace carpet after 7 years of really heavy use. After cleaning, my carpets look almost new. It is most certainly better than I had even hoped for. A-Alpha then finished with scotch quard after removing all of our stains ( and they were many) to ensure that our carpets will last us for years to come. When they left, everything was tidy and cleaned up and the final bill was exactly what they had promised.

+ -1 moreAs usual, we are very pleased with the results. My wife thinks it's the best carpet cleaning results she's seen. They went over each area twice or more until it looked good. They even showed up a little early for the appointment! We heard that they're the oldest steam carpet cleaning company in Utah. As far as we are concerned, that may be true. It's nice to have people come and do their job, not try to up-sell you, make sure it's done right, and then leave and get out of your way.
Description of Work: Very kind, knowledgeable, and professional servicemen cleaned the carpets on the main level of our home. They did not try to up sell us or do any unnecessary work, though they pointed out a few things that we might want to have done now or in the future. We said we didn't want any extra work done at this time. They didn't try to talk us into anything we did not want to have done. We have used A Alpha Carpet Cleaners in the past. We met new service people this time, and they were great. We've used one other carpet cleaning company in Sandy, but we were not happy with the experience of their service.

+ -1 moreBruce did a great job with the carpet cleaning. He gave us a 20 percent discount for a empty house. He sold us a bottle of cleaner for spot cleaning for between cleanings too, stuff works great. They removed the true stains be cannot fully restore the wear areas of the carpet that just plain "worn down" but, it did signifantly improve those wear areas. ALSO SEE BEEHIVE DUCT... Bruce own's this business too and does a great job with that too and is a remediation specialist!!
Description of Work: Full house carpet cleaning before move-in of empty 2800 sq.-ft. house, total carpet area was 1260 sq.-ft. (Living room, family room, den, one hallway, 5 bedrooms and closets)
