WESTERN WHOLESALE FLOORING

Western flooring was hired to sand, stain and seal our hardwood floors. After moving all appliances and furniture off the floors and back on, we noticed bumps in the sealant and places that they had missed. When the owner was contacted he said he would come out and have them redo it. After moving everything again, the job was worse than the first time. Our interior designer had recommended this company, so we had her come out to look at the job. She immediately agreed and called the owner and let him know the job was unsatisfactory. He sent someone out to take pictures of it and after a few more phone calls he came out to look at it. He agreed to have another individual redo the job rather than have the same person redo it. After the job was completed we and our interior designer it was worse than the first two times. We finally hired another company that was recommended to us. After moving appliances and furniture for the fourth time the job was done to satisfactory!!!!

The salesman was nice at the store, came the following Monday to measure the house and when I asked about installation costs, turned suddenly short with me and told me I could do the installation myself if I wanted it done cheaply. The installers were clean, efficient, and did a great job, however.
