Description of Work: I have a MacBook Pro and I run Fusion/Windows OS for most of my business software. I was having trouble making it work. He is familiar with Mac AND Windows and knows how to work on both. He has uninstalled all my software and Windows OS and put everything back. He added some free virus protection, streamlined my procedures and made sure everything was backed up before we made any changes. He is patient, professional, reliable and efficient. He installed a remote view program on my machine so if I have a problem he can fix it from his location rather than making a house call each time I need him. He has been helping me for over a month and I can't say enough good about him. I know he has corporate accounts as well as home office users, such as me, and I would recommend him to anyone with a computer problem or who needs to make changes. He also has a local back up service for a very affordable cost where he can bring a disk to your location with the backed up items, if your machine crashes.
