Results were average. He was efficient and reliable. However, when I called this week for beginning service including yard cleanup, I was told that because he was not mowing weekly, he would not service me this year. He had not informed me that this was an issue previously...I told him that his conduct was unprofessional.

Wally's Lawn Service has been wonderful! Very dependable, does excellent work, and never leaves a mess. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I've hired a number of different lawn care people in the past, but I will never go anywhere else after finding Wally.

He has done a wonderful job. He comes out every other week and charges $35 for every other week. He is great. He is willing to do things and is always regular. He did extra work when he trimmed my shrubs. He is friendly and he does a good job. I think that his price is fine for every other week for the gardening and edges. I will probably continue to use him in the future unless my arm gets better.

He is really good and comes weekly to do my lawn. He is very reliable. When I first was looking for someone to do it I called a number of people who couldn't come immediately, but he was there the next day. He phoned me one day and said he had driven by the house and noticed the yard didn't need cut, so he didn't mow it needlessly and didn't charge me for it. There were guys that were cheaper, but they didn't show up. I will continue to use this company.

After several tries to get Wally to call me back, he called and said he'd come by to see how much it would be to aerate our lawn and give us feedback on what needs to be done to revive it, since it looked so bad. He then called me with an estimate, and I agreed to the price, and it took a week or so, but he did the aerating and left a note on the bill that he would contact me the following week to discuss what to do with the lawn. He never called, and I called him several times after that, leaving messages. I finally was able to reach him on cell phone, but he said he was busy and would call me back. I have never heard back from him and have given up.

Initial contact was responsive and the service started as promised. As an out of town property owner, it has been nice to work with this gardener. The cost listed is how much I pay weekly.

I wanted my grass cut long and leave it lay. This to conserve water and to re-feed the clippings to the lawn. Most want grass cut short and bagged. Wally does the lawn the way YOU want it, and when you want it.

Great experience from setting up the service to the finished product. I was tired of lower priced, but flaky non-professionals doing yardwork, and am very glad I went up a level for excellent and reliable service.

For the last five years I have employed four lawn services, from neighborhood kids to large companies. Each has been less than satisfactory: rushing in, scalping the lawn and damaging the irrigation system. This year, we hired Doug to care for the lawn and the experience is outstanding. He does the work himself, takes his time and does not damage the plants or sprinkler. In fact, he listens and suggests, something I was not able to do with the other services. If you can get him to do your lawn, consider yourself fortunate!
