Description of Work: We had a leak in the terrace over our two car garage in the summer of 2009. We hired a contractor (and a roofing consultant) to diagnose the leak and propose repairs which were subsequently approved and made. HOWEVER, in early January, 2010, the leak re- occured. The prior contractor and consultant both put up their hands and claimed there were no guarantees in water leakage repair work. We contacted UTR and they had a man come by immediately (it was winter with ice), they pointed out inappropriate and ineffectual work that had been conducted by the prior contractor and proposed a solution. The work was approved and they implemented a repair, on time and on budget. Equally importantly, management remained available and in touch throughout the process. They are not the low cost option but I would go to them immediately if i ever again had a water leak problem in a roof or terrace.
