They did a good job with the carpet, though nothing extra spectacular. The carpet was much cleaner after they finished. They did an especially good job with the very dirty stairs. They did a decent job cleaning the tile floors, though the grout was very dirty and they were not able to get all the dirt out of the tile grout. It was a little expensive, but the work took them about 4 1/2 hours (2 men) and when they were done, things were lots cleaner. They were early for their appointment, which was good. I would probably use the same company again to clean my carpets.

Went well. Called on Friday and made an appointement for Saturday morning. Came on time and finished the job quickly. Carpet was very dirty and had not been cleaned for years. After cleaning it looks like new.

Simon showed up right on time, setup was quick, the work was done very efficiently and with no mess left behind. The price was exactly as quoted. I will call Simon at least twice a year for carpet cleaning. Above average quality for the price.

I found Simon on Angie's list. He responded immediately, and came on time. He cleaned the upper level of my house. Living room, 3 small bedrooms, and 12 step staircase.

Excellent. He was very accommodating with his schedule by coming earlier than originally scheduled that day. Simon took the time and answered all my questions and offered recommendations. He cleaned one of my bedroom carpets and I was surprised to see how clean it actually could get. He was very professional and friendly.
