 + -1 moreThey were pretty standard for a title company. The only thing that they went above and beyond was that they let me use their computer for the appointment for some transfer. They also let me use their fax machine back and forth. They were all very professional. They gave it to me all on a CD which was way better rather than give me a big folder of all of my papers.
