Difficult to reach initially. Scheduled job and they no-showed. I called back, owner apologized. Said he had new, unreliable helper. Said he would personally come to our house for the job, then he no-showed again.
Description of Work: Scheduled to come to our house twice, never showed or called two times.

I wish all the professionals we use were as professional as Paul Maese is. There is no way he could improve on his service.
Description of Work: The smallest pest he deals with is a mouse. He does not do insects. We have used them twice -- once to get rid of mice in our house, and the other time to get rid of rats that were coming onto our property from an adjacent horse barn/corral. He has had over 50 years experience in dealing with wildlife of all sizes, and when you take a few minutes to talk to him, you can't help but be impressed with his wide-range of knowledge of how to manage wildlife intrusions onto human property.
