 + -1 moreArrived late and then fell asleep in his truck parked in our driveway for 45 minutes. After damaging the motor case, he needed to leave and get parts and was to return the next day. I paid him in advance (never do this, I know), and he cashed the check and never returned to complete the job. He would not answer his phone or return any messages. I did report him to the Better Business Bureau, but they were unable to follow up because their mail to him was returned as undeliverable.
Description of Work: Assessed problem with hot tub and found a broken pressure switch. Made initial attempt to repair it and cracked the case, which then also needed repaired.
