+ -1 moreWe were very dissatisfied with them. The bid was unspecified and they didn't follow up on my questions. Their quote was okay and was about the same as another company. The main complaint was that the bid was not detailed. I called to get further information. One phone call was returned and two were not. I was never able to get the representative directly; I always had to leave a message.
Description of Work: We got an estimate from Sunroc for insulation in the attic.
