We've had a slow but very damaging leak in our dining room ceiling that 2 previous service providers have been unable to locate and fix. One of these was even a leak specialization company! Using Angie's List as a resource, we called Sun Valley Stucco Repair. Rudy recognized the problem very quickly and repaired it. Six months later we realized that we still had a very small leak in the same area. We called and Rudy immediately reassessed the situation, realized what was still a problem, and promptly returned to fix it. Although it was 6 mo. after the original repair, he still considered it covered under the original warranty. You can't even tell that a whole section of stucco was removed and replaced, the color match and workmanship was so well done! We look forward to a snug, dry home & would definitely call Sun Valley again!

They showed up on time, were very professional, and submitted a bid in a timely manner. I previously rated these folk poorly, I had them mixed up with someone else.

Rudy did an exceptional job. He was wonderful to work with from the initial visit. He seemed more knowledgable and was more detailed than other contractors I interviewed, and his bid was very reasonable. He and his crew were always on time and completed the job on time -- even with bad weather. They took great care of the surroundings and cleaned up very well. Most importantly, of course, the workmanship was really beautiful. I think they did a superior job. My house looks better than it did when it was new. The stucco was done so much better than the original contractor had done it, and I really couldn't be happier. All of my neighbors have commented on what a great job they did. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and would highly recommend them.

As soon as I met Rudy estimator/supervisor he gave me the sense he knew what he was talking about.We walked around the house and he pointed out on how he was going to repair my home in so much detail that I said to myself "Im not gonna afford this guy"but to my surprise when we finished the walk around he said Ill do it for $6500 and i yelled out Sold I was embarrassed but it was worth it the job took three days and I think it was a total success

The house looks great and there was minimal mess. The price was reasonable and I definitely got what I paid for. They kept to the promised time table and there were no unpleasant surprises. I agree with the previous review and wholeheartedly add my own as well.

We got a glowing report from a reference that was provided to us by the company, so glowing we actually doubted it. Our experience was the same, though: top notch work. We spent years remodeling our house and working with relatives doing the same and this was one of the most positive experiences we've ever had with ANY contractor. Our house had an experimental stucco applied by another company about a year before, which had turned out very, very badly. The entire surface needed to be redone. Rudy was easy to be in touch with to plan the date and specifications of the project. He stuck to his bid, explaining any items that might make it cost more if we chose them. He and his team showed up on time and often early. They worked efficiently, they kept the site and their materials orderly, and they checked in with us when there were questions or concerns. They carefully got every edge, joint and corner looking smooth and straight. They covered the whole house in fiberglass mesh embedded in base coat to completely stop the cracking underneath (we had determined the original layer was well attached to the substrate, so it wasn't necessary to strip it off the house). For the finish coat, they worked with us to get the hand-troweled finish texture we wanted just right, and by the time the finish color/texture coat was done we felt like we had a brand new house. There is literally nothing negative to say about our experience with this company. It was absolute professionalism and expert work from start to finish, which I know very well is rare to find.
