Saved me $4,000! Awesome service, professional, & honest. Genuinely interested in my satisfaction. I 100% recommend Summit Logistics for repair, replacement, or service for any water heater, AC unit, furnace, or appliance. I will never go with any other company. Beat all quotes from Costco, Home Depot, and other contractors for the same 10 gpm AO Smith tankless water heater. Responded within minutes on a weekend for additional weekend fee. Ordered and installed quickly. Described what was wrong with my tank water heater and discussed options for repair or replacement. He wasn't a salesman and was genuinely interested in me, my thoughts and concerns, my family, and our situation. They submitted the warranty information for me. I caused an error code. Eric help me hard reset it on a weekend with no service fee. 1-year tune-up free.
