It went smoothly. We live out of state and they were great about being flexible and communicating with the renters directly to arrange a time for service.

We wanted a bid for new windows because we want to tighten up our energy inefficient home. When Shad arrived (on time), he asked what we wanted. He looked carefully at our windows and told me that even though the windows we had were older, they were still good. I asked about replacing just the glass, but he said that wasn't even necessary. He looked carefully at some potential problems windows, but he gave tips on how to use them as they were. He told me that he didn't feel comfortable giving me a bid for something that I didn't need. He instead gave me specific advice on who to call who could help with our problem. I am super grateful for his honesty/integrity, especially since it meant not making money on this job. I will definitely call again when I have any glass needs.

Sugar House Glass arrived early for the job. They were professional, kind, and fast. They replaced a large window pane that had been broken. We then asked if they could also replace a smaller pane, which they did, and at a small additional cost. They did excellent work. Our house was built in the 1920's and has the original windows and frames. They were able to deal with the delicate windows without damaging them at all. The new glass looks great!

They were wonderful. I provided initial photographs and measurements, but they were kind enough to come to the home and develop patterns. They were always punctual and professional. We have had them do similar work for us in the past, as well as shower doors, and they can always be depended on to provide high quality, dependable service. Mario was great to work with!
