Very professional. They were here ready to work at 8:00 am as promised both days. They did a perfect job of color matching. The work was high quality and professionally done. The crew was friendly and careful. They made it a very helpful and enjoyable project. I can confidently recommend them for interior paint jobs, and I would choose them for any future work at my house.

I guess somewhere along the way, Mr.Strong had decided my job wasn't big enough, or he was too busy. He could have just let me know as I had hundreds of dollars of plants needing to be planted that set on my porch for a month for no reason, making it harder to transplant with 90+ degree weather. I called another painter on Angie's List after Mr. Strong's refusal to answer my calls. He was booked until August but came the next day to bid the job, ended up putting a couple painters on it next day!

Strong painting was great. These guys are a full professional crew that showed up on time. Very neat and clean and they worked quickly. The patches and caulking made my walls turn out great. Mark Strong spent time with us to ensure our color choices also turned out great. It was very refreshing to see a crew show up on time and finish on time and do what they said they would. The job was more than thoroughly done. Everything was caulked, sealed, primed (even did a diagnostic before I had to ask him, to reveal the pantry painting originally was done in oil, as opposed to other companies I have used who left me with a huge mess due to their ignorance as to painting matters). He was very thorough, explaining what problems (only one in a very tight corner) he might encounter as well as pointing out other things that needed to be cared for that didn't catch my eye - like caulking some old stucco on the outside of my house. He repaired a badly torn up door jamb from a large dog we fostered. You would never know it hadn't been replaced! Beautiful! I LOVED not having to tell him his job or express worries or concerns! He had his eye on everything.

We have used Angie's list suggestions for different services in the past with excellent results and the selection for a painter revealed several listings. We went to a local paint store in Midvale and asked them for a recommendation. Mark Strong Painting was one of several endorsements so we contacted Mark as well as another. We communicated with one of the other suggestions as well as Mark and both came to our home for measurements and to provide an estimate. After receiving the estimates, Mark was contacted and a start time was decided. Every day, Mark's crew arrived on time and before leaving at the end of the day, made sure that all living areas were inhabitable for that evening. They cleaned up after themselves and kept all their painting supplies; either in the garage, or in an out-of-the-way area. We have several windows at a second level in the home that even with a ladder would be difficult for me to clean. When I mentioned this, the crew leader immediately indicated that they would be happy to clean the windows as well as replace a burned-out light bulb in the high ceiling.Upon finalization of the job, our home appeared as if no one had ever been there working. We are completely satisfied with the results and are thankful we found Mark Strong and his crew. If we would ever need additional painting to be done, we would immediately call Mark Strong again!
