 + -1 moreThere were two movers, a man and a woman. The woman had a difficult time helping the man move the larger items. The job took over five hours and it would have taken even longer but we helped load the truck right along with them. Mis-information was given on what was required before they would start the job so we were paying them to stand around while we contacted their office to solve the problem. We were very unhappy with the job.
Description of Work: We hired them to move our student from a one-bdrm appt downtown SLC to West Valley. The truck was a little over half full; coach, desk, desk chair, small file cabinet, wicker table and chairs, microwave and stand, dresser, coffee and end table, storage chest, and about 20 boxes, etc.

 + -1 moreThey scratched and chipped a lot of my furniture. They never offered to replace. They seemed like they were in a hurry to get the job done. It was like it did not matter to them. I would never use them again.

 + -1 moreWe did not like this company. They did get our belongings moved, but they broke tiles on the porch of our old home and didn't pay to repair it. They also dinged many walls in our new home and did not fix or compensate us for it. They were very unprofessional.
Description of Work: They moved our possessions including all of our larger items like furniture and appliances to our new home.
