+ -1 moreI had called them because I had spilled coffee in my office. The salesman told me they guaranteed the stain to come up. When the stain was still there after they finished, I called and talked to the owner. He said they don't guarantee anything and he wanted his money. After they threatened to take me to small claims court, I paid under protest. I know that they fired the salesman.
Description of Work: They cleaned an 800 square foot room of carpeting within my home. The room was targeted for stains.
