Fantastic! His crew was punctual and very professional. They cleaned up each day and worked safely the entire time. They were as quiet as a crew could be and fast! In spite of the fact I live across the street from an OSHA inspector and he walked over to make sure they were tied off they continued to work safely, tied off and were in and out of there fast. I had some rotted areas where the old gutters had backed water up under the shingles that they had to replace the plywood! I had a CertainTeed 50-year roof put on. It was a bit more expensive but will last the rest of MY life anyway. I would recommend them for any type of roof! Great Job Jason and Shingle Pro!!! Thanks Miguel ! Y'all were great!!!

They were very professional in every aspect of the job. Jason did a very thorough job explaining the process and cost involved. His crew was courteous and hard working. We are extremely happy with the clean up they did as well as the new roof. I would highly recommend Shingle Pro.

Jason and crew did an outstanding job and worked us in because of the sad condition of our roof. They were on time and did wonderful work. The work done was great! His crew is extremelly polite and nice to work with. They did left our house so beautiful, that even people is admiring the good work that he did in our place. The company was on time and fast. It only took 2 days for the entire process. They cleaned up EVERYTHING!! I was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiancy. The roofer was on time, but it was very noisy. The did leave some pieces of shingles in the yard. Quality of installation was excellent.

You can tell what kind of service you are going to get from the very start if the people you hire are punctual. I called several roofers for estimates, and I never heard from several, or they were late. I got Shingle Pro from the Gephardt site. I figured if he liked them, they were worth a try. Jason showed up right on time for the estimate, and he and his crew were right on time every time they came. That means a lot to us. People who do what they say, when they say they will are valuable. Jason came and measured the roof, and went over the whole process with us. What to expect, what they were going to do, and how to prepare. He held up shingle color samples while we stood in front to decide colors. He went over all the materials he was going to use, why, and had samples of each. He gives you copies of his license, insurance, and several addresses that you can use to see how the finished product looks. When his crew came, we were introduced to them, and Noah the foreman. They are very nice guys, and I had fun working with them. They did every single thing we wanted them to, and asked if we were satified with every phase of the job. Now let me tell you something about old shingles. The older they are, the more they are going to crumble coming off. Some are going to slide off the house, no matter how hard you try to keep them in check. So the crew used tarps to cover our deck and porch, and where ever falling stuff may cause damage. We have roses in the front of the house. Some pieces went in there. Unavoidable. I'm telling you this because I want to tell you about the cleanup these guys do. Noah and the crew clean up the whole yard before they left the first day. They used a large magnet for nails, and one guy, Jacky, went through every rose bush and cleaned the whole area out. When I came out, I could not find a trace of debris from the tearoff. That is what you expect, and that is what you get with these guys. They then repaired or replaced the planks so there would be a solid foundation for the roof, and used high quality ice shield and underlayment, not cheap tar paper. The shingles are architectural, and really look good. The extra step here is that they paint the flashings and pipes to match the roof, and use a matching drip edge. The result is a very good looking roof. They are well worth the money, and well deserving of the A on Angies List.

The complete job was promised 3-4 day. It was completed in 3, very impressive. The job went smooth despite sub-freezing temps. The house looks great!! I am very impressed!!

After having four different roofers look at the problems on our roof and explaining to them about the leaks, I chose ShinglePro Roofing to do the work. What a fantastic job!! They are experts at fixing roofs. Jason, owner/manager, brought several examples of shingles to help me choose the color. The crew was here each day on time and cleaned up thoroughly every day before leaving. Jason and his foreman, Anthony, always let me know what was happening with explanations easy to understand. They even called a skylight specialist to come and talk to me about the skylights. Their bid was just what I had to pay - so no surprises even when working with the pro-rated old shingles guarantee certificates. My neighbors have commented on how nice the roof now looks. I would recommend ShinglePro Roofing to anyone with any kind of roofing need.

We loved the work that shigle pro did for us, we bought our house with the intention of remodeling, we had lived in it for 3-4 years and decided on a major overhaul, we knocked out walls, added new foundations, added a garage, everything! You name it we did it! As you know with construction people it is very frustrating to get people to keep their word, the framing guys, concrete guys, painters, the coordination was all very painful. Our house was a disaster for 11 months, at one point we can home from vacation with our 2 older teenage kids and told them they needed to find a place to sleep at a cousins or friends house because we had no where for them to sleep in our house, my wife and I slept in our sons room. The one shining star in the whole process was Shingle Pro, from the bid to the helpful collaboration with Jason giving us ideas and options, to showing up on time, the cost being what he said it was when we paid, to the guys showing up on time and having the work completed when they said it would be done. My wife was extremely happy with their work and the people that came and the timeliness, and you know what they say about a happy wife, cause the rest was very frustrating. We love our home now, we love to have people over, host parties, holidays with family are great in our home and the roof and gutters are the shining star of the entire remodel! I would highly reccomend Jason and his guys and shingle pro, they were very professional and made our lives better, we are stoked with our house and we love our roof!

I was impressed with Jason's professionalism. On his first visit he inspected the roof and presented a proposal for the work he would provide with cost. The proposal included a description of the Integrity Roof System, Warranty information, Certainteed Landmark color brochure, and a comprehensive list of shingle styles/color and address where I could look at the installed shingles to get a better idea how they look. We also met several time to look at shingle samples. Before work began, we signed the contract describing the work to be completed and we reviewed a pre-construction checklist. Jason kept me informed of weather delays (10" snow postponed the start of the project by several days). Before work started, Jason introduced me to the on site foreman who would respond to any question I might have. The crew was skill, paid exceptional attention to detail, cleaned up each day and were very courteous. After completion, we reviewed the Post-Construction checklist which included checking all work performed and the flu connections in the mechanical room. As the homeowner I am 100% satisfied and have already recommended Shingle Pro to others.

Jason and his crew were true to his word they showed when they said they were going to or called and let me know if they had to change the time. If there were any questions or concerns Jason was there for them. The crew was efficient, preformed the work with excellent quality and cleaned up everyday befor they left our house. I let everyone know how happy I am with Shingle Pro's work and would use them again.

The guys with Shingle Pro roofing are the best contractors we've ever worked with. We had several contractors come out to bid our roof. Shingle Pro's price was comparable to most of our bids, but it seemed like his quality was above most. This proved to be true through the quality work they did on our roof. Jason answered all of our questions, called if there were questions or concerns on his end. He communicated with us throughout the project, and went over their work with us upon finishing. They held to their estimate, did a first rate job on our roof, were on time, polite, thoughtful, and cleaned up after themselves every night. We could not have asked for a better job or service. They are number one in roofing and I would be glad to recommend them to anyone.

Very poorly (see services above). AFTER he discovered his mistake he did not apologize, he insisted that he was one of the best roofing companies in Salt Lake City. He DID NOT acknowledge or address his earlier mistake; he simply maintained that his shingle product was the best and that his company was the best. He was UNINTERESTED in paying attention to his mistake and simply said to me "Well, I guess i can't win them all" when I indicated that I would probably not be going with his company.

Jason gave us a bid and his presentation was bar none better than any other bid we received. We could tell that we were going to like working with him. The first day a dumbster was delivered and they removed two layers of shingles on the first half of the roof. Day two the other side of the roof was removed while part of the crew started on the shingles. The whole process took about a week. The roof looks great.
