+ -1 moreI have used them several times. I use them every six months and they are coming back again on Monday. They are on time and they do a really really good job. Even the stains on the carpet, they work on them until they get done. They are very professional, polite and efficient. It only takes a couple of minutes to set up an appointment with them. I have not used any other carpet cleaning companies before.
Description of Work: The last time that I used Service Master Cleaning & Restoration was six months ago for carpet cleaning in the living room, stairs, hallway and a bedroom.

+ -1 moreIt was a great experience, job well done.
Description of Work: I needed my carpet cleaned for the living room, hallway and two flights of stairs. There was a stain at the bottom of the stairs that has been cleaned twice before without getting the stain out. This crew arrived on time and cleaned the carpet and worked on the stain and to my surprise they got the stain out. They went over the heavy traveled areas twice until the entire carpet was looking great. Their attitude was good and they were very professional. I would definately use them again.

They did a good job. I have used them before and I would use them again. They could have cleaned a little better, but generally they did a good job.
Description of Work: They tore down the old ceiling and parts of my basement that were damaged by water. They located to what extent the water had penetrated. They put in a dehumidifier.

They were very prompt and very professional. They seemed to know exactly what they were doing. They got it done in a timely manner.
Description of Work: A water pipe had broke under our bathroom sink. They had to tear everything out and get all of the moisture out.
