+ -1 moreI have been fighting with them since 2003. I got a lawyer in 2005. The biggest issue is misapplication of monthly payments. Also, when I called for a pay off, instead of being charged $50 as was stated, I was charged $100. This is just the tip of the iceberg on the problems that I have had with them.
Description of Work: They have been our mortgage company since 2002.
