Description of Work: I politely asked the man on the phone if he would haul away a metal BBQ Grill. He snapped "No!". I asked him why not, he tersely replied "600lb minimum, sorry" (where is that in their business description?). In the midst of me asking if he could refer a different service, he hung up on me.
