Description of Work: I had a spring-melt seepage problem related to melting ice and snow in a roof valley. I knew approximately where the problem was and how much of the roof was involved. I called S&S to set up an inspection and estimate. The estimator did a good job of looking around and suggesting repairs, and said he would email an estimate the next day.. After a week with no email, I emailed a reminder and was sent a reply indicating an estimate would definitely be sent the next day. That's the last I heard from S&S and no estimate. I understand that spring is a busy time for roofers and that my relatively small job could be done at a later date. I fault S&S for not having the courtesy to say they couldn't do the job or even provide an estimate, but ignoring my request. I expect more from an Angie's List provider.
