Description of Work: This was the second attempt to get a tune-up on my air conditioner. I originally had an appointment on may 29th from 4 - 8 pm. They were supposed to give me a call 30 minutes prior to let me know when they would arrive. Around 7:30, I had no phone call so I called to check if someone was still coming. For some reason, they did not have me scheduled and I had to reschedule the appointment. I was annoyed but figured things happen, so no big deal. My second appointment was on June 9th at 8:30 am. I waited over an hour at home in the morning, staying home from work expecting them to show up at 8:30 for my scheduled appointment. After receiving no phone call, I finally called to see if someone was going to show up. The woman on the phone apologized and said the tech had an emergency and couldn't tell me what time they could come over. I couldn't stay home all day waiting around and they wanted to reschedule me again for a third time. I said no thanks and decided not to use this company. If I had even received a phone call letting me know there was an emergency, I would have been fine with that. But since there was no call and I waited around twice with no notice from them, I will not use this company.

Description of Work: Highly recommend this company. Don't be fooled by the cheap advertising. They don't do a good job. My tech worked really hard, took awhile but the vents are squeaky clean.

Description of Work: I called Same Day for a service call on our furnace last winter. Along with fixing the funace they sold me a contract to maintain the furnace and air conditioner. The contract was for an AC tune up and a furnace tune up for the next year. I was told that they would call in early spring to make an appoitmnet to check our AC. There was no call in the spring, but a call was received in mid August to ask when they could come and check our AC system. They also said it was just about time to check our furnace. It seems a little late to check the AC in August, but I had them come anyway. They made an appointment for September to check out the furnace. They never showed for this appoitment. I will not use this compnay again. In fact we just recently had a new furnace and AC installed. I didn't ask Same Day for an estimate. I thought ... if they don't show up for a tune-up, how can I trust them to install a new system. I am still out (at least partially) the amount I paid for the contract.

Description of Work: Service was incredible. They were ahead of schedule and made a cursory call to insure that we would be there when they arrived. The service tech on the initial call was very presentable and extremely courteous. He informed me that we should have our entire air conditioner replaced but that a new coil would suffice for now. The second crew that came to install the coil (later that same day!!) and fabricate the metal work were equally as professional. I would give an AAAAAAAA++++++++ rating to this company.

 + -1 moreI called up Air Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning, because we were experiencing flu like symptoms for months. They found out it was our furnace emitting carbon monoxide and shooting flames out towards the gas lines. They removed the old furnace.
Description of Work: They checked the furnace. They found out it was emitting carbon monoxide and shooting fire out. They shut off the old furnace and removed it. They put in a new furnace and thermostat.
